How do I list an item for sale?▼
Tap the Sell tab (center of the bottom bar), add photos, fill in the title, price, and condition, then tap "Post Listing." Your item will be visible to nearby buyers immediately.
How do I contact a seller?▼
Open a listing and tap the "Chat" button. You can message the seller directly, ask questions, and propose a price through the in-app chat.
Is Bayni available on Android?▼
Bayni is currently available on iOS (iPhone). Android support is being explored for a future release.
How do I delete my account?▼
Go to Profile → Settings → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What is the Suki Score?▼
Your Suki Score (0–100) reflects your reputation as a buyer or seller. It grows with positive reviews, quick responses, and completed trades. Higher scores build trust with other users.
How do I report a suspicious listing or user?▼
Open the listing or profile, tap the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner, and select Report. Our team reviews all reports promptly.
Why was my listing removed?▼
Listings that violate our Platform Policy (e.g., prohibited items, counterfeit goods) are automatically removed by AI moderation. You will receive an in-app notification explaining the reason.
How do I change my location or barangay?▼
Go to Profile → Location Settings and tap Set Location. You can update your barangay up to once every 12 hours.
